Irish entity Tron Ireland Limited is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as an electronic money institution (registration number C1821392).
Irish entity Tron Europe Limited is registered with the Central Bank of Ireland as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (registration number C4547718).

Irish entities Tron Europe Limited and Tron Custody International Limited are registered as crypto service providers with De Nederlandsche Bank (“DNB”), the Dutch Central Bank. Tron Europe Limited’s registration number is R190160 and Tron Custody International Limited’s registration number is R1904501.
Note: Tron Europe Limited and Tron Custody International Limited are listed in DNB’s public register as crypto service providers. DNB supervises Tron Europe Limited and Tron Custody International Limited in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financiering van terrorisme — Wwft) and the Sanctions Act (Sanctiewet 1977 — Sw). The crypto services of Tron are not subject to prudential supervision by DNB or conduct supervision by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets. This means that financial operational risks in respect of the crypto services are not monitored and there is no specific financial consumer protection.

Singaporean entity Tron Singapore Pte Ltd has obtained in-principle approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore to operate as a major payment institution providing digital payment services.
